A company by name BOI Services based in New Delhi is taking money from people and then cheating them without any phone calls or responses. They say they offer QMAS Visa to Hong Kong and but that itself was stopped by Hong Kong 5 years back from now. This is the level of fraud they are doing. They are doing this to everyone.
Arrest them cancel their licence and put them under bars as early as possible.
