Hi, i have booked a shop in gaur city center noida extension and paid 1 lac amount but after 2 month i was cancelled that shop. I went to gaur office and submitted all required documents and assured by mr. Ashwani refund manager that i’ll get my refund amount within 90 days it’s being more than 9 month but not getting refund amount i have called so many times to gaur customer care met so many times in office.
Send so many mails regarding the same but not getting my money back. This is the worst builder in my life and no body helping me.
Can some body tell me what should i do?
