City Limouzines (india)ltd Reg No U63040mh2002plc135381 — request to refund my hard earn money.f.no.26656r.

SIR, 
I am SANJAY KUMAR SINGH bearing file no F.NO 26656R had invested Rs one lac seven thousand on 02.12.2008 against city realcom scheme and against which received Two receipts no 8291 and 1672. dated 26 Nov 2008.Few days after investment as per agreement I was issued few postdated cheques bearing a/c no 1131604 of ABN-AMRO and per cheque amount was Rs7775 but only two were materialised and rest got bounced. Further on query it was found the city limouzines (INDIA) Ltd bearing an ISO No[protected] and reg no u63040MH2002PLC135381 office is locked.As my job is transferable I was posted out from sarswa, saharanpur, UP-247232 TO Cuttack, odisha. 
The postdated cheques which were issued to me bears IFSC Code ABNA0200001, HANSALAYA BUILDING, Barakhamba Road, Newdelhi-110001, india.

Further I would like to mention that memorandum of understanding was signed on 02 Dec 2008 between M/S CITY REALCOM LTD having it, s registered office at 96-B Wing, 9th floor, Mittal tower, Mumbai 400021 and Mr Sanjay Kumar Singh, ATS SQN.af station, Sarswa, Saharanpur.
Therefore i would request you to consider my case and help me out by refunding the money . I will be grateful to your kind consideration and sympathetic action in this regard.
