I have purchased a Amazon basics refrigerator side-by-side 584 L order from Amazon but now I am facing problems since 20 days. I am calling your customer service from Amazon a lot of times they had also sent an executive who checked my refrigerator and told me that there is a problem in the compressor which is totally damaged so that it will replace but now it’s 15 days gone there is no update from your side I want to tell you only that try to repair my refrigerator as soon as possible as I am facing a lot of problem if my refrigerator is not able to repair then try to replace with the new unit or refund my whole amount. Solve my problem ASAP.
