I have paid club membership fee total in one time payment on 26th January based on the commitment given by the sales executive. Once I received the documents related to Membership, immediately i have raised my concern regarding the major difference in terms which was offered during selling of membership v/s the actual terms which was part of document. I have also raised my concern during confirmation call for membership related terms. I have visited your corporate office also to convey regarding mis-selling done by your executive and asked for refund.
This organisation have set-up whatever internal procedure is one sided and even for a claim related to refund of my own money paid towards mis-selling of membership has been received back post around 6-7 months and that also post multiple follow-ups. I am not clear that why i should not receive the interest on the total duration of my money lying with the organisation irrespective of whatever processes which was laid down internally. Club Mahindra has been benefited in terms of interest on that money, however i am not able to utilise that money.
At one side my amount was lying with your company for more than 7 months and second side i have faced lot of harassment in terms of not getting my money despite regular follow-up. Even it was delayed from the committed timeline.
I request you to please recheck with regard to paying interest for the total period for which money was used by Club Mahindra.
