I have sent an email to get my experience letter for GC process, my senior manager has approved the content but Helpdesk personnel said I need to change the format and send it back to them. After sending multiple emails, I haven’t received a single reply; why so? I have done my part by sending the same email 5-6 times and no one has replied on top of that I received an email that I haven’t replied so they closed my request. I am sending multiple emails but no reply from Cognizant Helpdesk. I need this document immediately for my immigration purposes. Can someone please help?
