CONNECT Call centre based in the Seychelles signed an agreement with GREEPENN in PUNE for a UK chat process campaign. The campaign dragged and the agents were never successful in the training,, that went on for 3 months. To come on board I had to put down a refundable deposit of $4300.00 in October 2021 which was paid into GREENPENN’s account. I requested a refund and i was offered “another campaign”. In December 2021 I emailed Mr Goel and his team including their supposedly legal team. the email to the legal team bounced and Mr Goel came on skype ( as i was also trying to get hold of him on Skype) stated that i will be refunded soon, but to date nothing has come through. He is not answering my call nor any of the email that i have snt to him and his team. I have called on numerous occasions and he is avoiding my calls,
Mr GOEL is deceitful, not trustworthy, a crook who walks around in a suit. I will pursue to get my money back and i will like Mr Goel to see this and see how frustrated i am and will do the right thing and refund my money back. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENT.
