I purchase one automatic water level controller machine. on26/10/2020 This machine is giving trouble from date one I complaint many times but nothing happened NOW AGAIN PROBLEM STARTED AND MACHINE STOP WORKING. company is not sending engineer on the plea of Covid. They are ready to send engineer if i pay money of faulty machine. My machine is in guarantee period and they are demanding money to send engineer
this is not fair reputation of service in their site is 2.5%. ever one is not satisfied .
