Yesterday I was doing an order on dominos. I made the payment via Google pay. After that it showed payment is failed and redirected me to payments page again.
But when I check my google pay, the payment and the purchase is confirmed . But I didn’t receive my order . Neither my refund is initiated.
I have called the customer care multiple times. Twice they picked up and cut the call. I mean how can they cut the call without listening what customers have to say??? What have these people been taught in training?? While making the payment you people also cut services charge, what for is that??? These customer service people first have no knowledge.
You people either give me my order or give my payment back. And give some proper training to your customer care officials, how to deal with customers
