Our family trip arrange by tour travel agency named EASY YOUR HOLIDAY on 26 and 27 of December 19 for Alibaug. I am aware of your agency through Mr. Rohan. Rohan gave me quotation on my request in the mid month of October 19. I have taken quote for my family including 4 adults (including 2 senior citizens) and 2 children aged 4 & 9 yrs respectively. Rohan gave me quote for the same Rs 20500/- including hotel stay, 2 days breakfast and dinner with cab from Mumbai to Alibaug return fare with toll, parking, driver allowance and taxes. Immediately I have paid advance of Rs 4000/- i.e. 20% of whole amount. In the same quote Rohan provided me three options of hotels in Alibaug (Hotel West coast, Hotel Samudra City & Boguinvilla with their photographs) and ask me to choose one name among them. On the same mail I have reverted and ask him to block any one of them as all three once are good hotels. Then as per Rohan his part is over and he diverted me to bookings department i.e Mr Aditya. Then in the month of November mail came from Aditya about for 40 percent of booking amount for hotel booking so I have made payment of Rs 6200/- and Rs 2100/- respectively. On the same occasion I have asked Aditya to add two more kids of 14 yrs. So now my package cost increases to Rs 25, 500/-. And Aditya ask me to pay all balance amount to cab driver when trip will start from Mumbai i.e. Rs 13200/-. First time Aditya had booked my hotel in the area of Mahabaleshwar and forwarded me the same voucher of booking. Immediately I have mailed to both of them that wrong location hotel is booked please check, revert and book similar hotels which you have given to me. This was also take me two days of time to convince them that hotel was in wrong location. Then after two days Aditya send me another voucher of hotel i.e. named Kshanbhar Vishranti cottage. On the same day again I wrote them mail mentioning that again wrong hotel was booked please check again and booked the hotel from your given list. This happened on the 5 of December. Again for 3 to 4 days nobody reply on the same. So then I have decided to cancel my trip and refund my advance. Then they said that your booking was done long time back. Now it cannot be cancel and nothing will be refund to you. Means almost 50 percent of whole amount. Again I have decided not to cancel the trip. Due to some personal reasons two of our family members got cancelled i.e 14 yrs kids. So I requested him to give me some concession but they refused saying that this is not our fault it’s your. So I kept quiet. Before 10 days I have checked the hotel voucher and on that voucher it’s clearly mentioned that accommodation only so I have mailed Aditya to check our package includes BF and dinner not mentioned in the same. Again very casually reverted by saying don’t worry will arrange the same. We started our trip on 26 dec before entering in cab I have made the balance payment to driver in cash and same msg pass to cab vendor, Aditya & Rohan. In spite of doing all payment on time again cab driver asking for 5 percent more payment in whole trip as part of taxes which I am not aware. We reached to our hotel and immediately asked hotel owner about the payment for BF and dinner So he said no, only accomodation amount paid. In my two days of trip I am following up for payment of hotel with Aditya of EYH also I have done 3 to 4 conference call between Aditya and the hotel owner. Also I had what’s app Aditya and Rohan the food bill made by hotel owner. But EYH team not bother about customer. Trip was over now hotel owner asked me to make the payment for break fast and dinner, now I have no option otherwise they don’t let us go from their premises. How do handle such a situation? I have paid food cost for total 6 adults and 2 children. But we have ordered food for only 4 adults. Also I have adjust the payment of cab driver’s food (BF, lunch & dinner) for two days. After two days to Alibaug while returning to home we have Lonavala sites seen also which my family ask me to cancel so we directly went to our home. After spending so much of money for two days. Nothing is worth it. Lastly Mr Aditya said very casually that all the food cost we will reimburse to you but till now money is not received. They never accepted their mistakes or say sorry to me in my whole conversation with them till now. Me and my family members are very disappointed with EYH team. Whole our trip was got spoiled we unable to enjoy our vacation. And this is our first and last mistake to do booking with EYH team. Thanks and regards. (They never read customer’s mail or reply on the same. Never reply on what’s app msgs or pick a phone call from customer or call back.) 4) How do you rate EYH? 5) Is EYH cheated with me? (Showing first the 3 Star hotels with all amenities like pool etc to attract the customer and once customer gets into their trap they’ll provide home stay cottages with zero amenities and booking team also not aware that these are small cottages run by local residents & they don’t have their corporate identity as Mr Aditya asked for GST bill even though they don’t have the same. So how can travel agency provide such hotel to customer even they are not aware about the property.) Please check this particular booking done through Go-Mmt. vendor booking no HTLGXRGK48) Cab driver manager is also very smart, operates in Mumbai (Vile Parle – E) & also part of EYH team. Taking all rides from Mumbai on their behalf. His name is Mr. Anil Pandey, please avoid your customers from him also. Why I am saying these words about him because his driver having my 50% package cost cash with him and he refuses to pay our food bills which suppose to pay by EYH. So he can adjust his payment from EYH directly as both doing business for so many years. Also our Cab Driver name Mr. Rajesh Kumar also informed me that I am not the first customer facing problems from EYH team & cab vendor, their are so many customers and they are kept quiet.
