I was offered a job of a back office admin in traxsmart pvt. Ltd. Kolkata, by a job consultancy namely enabling world (Hire smart) situated in bengaluru in january 2019. Accordingly, i appeared for the interview twice in february and march 2019 respectively and got selected. I was given an offer letter subsequently, stating therein the tentative date of joining and the remuneration to be received per month. I was working for the last 3 years in a corporate house where 90days notice period to be served before leaving the company. Somehow i got my resignation accepted within 15 days on the basis o[censored]rgent requirement of the company, ignoring the specified notice period requesting top management of the company’s head office at hyderabad. I have joined this company from 1 st april 2019. Though i was supposed to join in traxsmart pvt. Ltd. As per the offer letter, i was made to join in vasp infotech ltd. (Which is a sister concern of traxsmart pvt. Ltd.). After working for only 15 days in vasp infotech as office admin all on a sudden i was shifted traxsmart pvt. Ltd. Where i was compelled to work as a tele caller, with an allegation that i was incompatible and incapable as an office admin. However, working as a tele caller for 14 days i. E, on 29 th april 2019 morning, the partner of the company mr. Vijay pugalia gave a notice through his subordinate that the next day i. E, 30 th of april will be my last working day with a reason that “i am incompatible here again performing my duties”. On hearing this notice of termination i was astounded and met then and there mr. Vijay pugalia and conveyed my sentiment saying that the termination notice is unacceptable because i have my permanent corporate job on the merit of the offer letter but lastly, he started showing lame excuses as if this is my first employment. He compelled me to abstain from going to office even from 30 th april. I would request you to consider my fervent appeal to get justice in this unwanted and unexpected circumstances as i have become unemployed with no fault of mine.
