Recently i saw an advertisement in chennai by name ever max consultancy recruiting for canada & europe. Owner (Md) of the company is gujarat by name satish kumar and his partner vinayaak who sits in chennai office.
They ask 70 k initial deposit + 30 k after job offer and 40k deducted in salary in canada this is their policy. They say they will do agreement and they will give receipt.
All educated professional should not agree they should ask as my my mail written to them. After my mail they have not replied and when i called they refused to give the reqd documents.
So every one should ask they kyc and business identity and their photo graph. They will create all fraud documents and they will open current account they will collect the money and they will run away. If they run away where to find these gyes. What will all do with receipt and agreement.
When you give police compliant they will ask this below documents, if you have very easy to catch them.
For me now they have refused to give this documents, means straight way we can judge they are fraud.

Till now what we discussed with you & your team, we all are happy & agreed your t & c of your recruitment. Also your payment to the recruitment us to canada on w1 work visa.
Already we have submitted all our documents to your team only we need to register by making payment. Hope you understand our situation that lot of people in market cheated in similar way, so we are bit worried on this aspects. But still we agreed with you to make initial payments on wed dated 17.1.18. Similarity we need to know & understand you people origin & credentials in better way.
We need kyc of your md (Mr. Sathish kumar) and center manager (Mr. Vinayak) of the below listed.
1) passport copy,
2) aadhar card copy,
3) pan card copy,
4) both photos.
5) contract copy between your firm and canadian firm to recruitment people from india on w1 visa.
6) govt approval from ministry of affairs copy etc.
