This is regarding the subscription I had taken for class 8 online classes and test .. they are not able to provide me services. The online live classes are recorded, they have not been able to fulfill any of the promises which includes live classes daily, parent teacher interaction, curriculum specific tests, weekly national test. I got to know that they are not worth it and had asked for a refund but they refused to do so .. saying Imit is more than 8 days .. but the fact is that I got access to live classes after 8th day … how can I decide On the classes if I have not attended any classes. The moment I paid the money They haven’t come back
