Making use completely of the lockdown. Taking prepaid orders and not delivering them, not cancelling them either. No response on any follow ups. Won’t pick up calls. Won’t reply on e-mails. Won’t respond on chat.
Placed an order a month back and they haven’t delivered it nor responded to any communication. Have kept the money and never delivered merchandise.
Complete lack of customer service.
