Hello Sir/ Madam,
Country Club Hospitality & Holidays limited agents are cheating the public with fake commitments and collecting membership fee from INR 150000 to INR 600000. As per the signed agreement if customer request for cancellation for the membership within the 10 days of signed agreement date, they should refund the membership amount. But unfortunately they are not doing that. I have registered for membership on 19/10/2019 by paying INR 250000, and same day I have requested for the membership cancellation and fee refund. I sent around 25+ reminder mail to process the cancellation and called several times to customer care team, but Country Club team not responding properly.
Requesting please take necessary action . I have all the evidences on this country club agents & company cheating (Signed agreement copy, mail communications, telephone call records, Public reviews in the online etc). Please call me if you would like to have any further details on this.
