I purchased a package worth 60000/- for 5 years.Payment was made from my HSBC credit card on 10/01/2021. A receipt was sent to me through email,record is available with me and on internet also. A club card was also issued to me. But whenever I tried to book some hotel they pretend that at that particular place they have no tie-up or you had to inform atleast one month ago. Now they are not picking up phone and not responding to email.
What to do? How can I get my hard earned money back.Please
help and guide.
