Hi all, it was a very worst experience with sernexuss and team that am going to share here.
Through timesjob.com a guy Raghav Rathore contacted me and said me to apply for Germany job seeker visa which will be suitable for my profile and he continuously asked me to proceed with payment and start the process. But i was in hesitation whether to apply to these people or not, then after few weeks I satisfied myself and paid them to start the process.
Once my payment was done after a week no update or nothing from this guy or anybody, when I called to the office landline he spoke to me and said that a lady Megha Mathur from his team will contact me as soon as. She came to me after some days and said that she has applied for my VFS appointment. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite availing of their services, I encountered a lack of responsiveness from these two people.
My queries regarding VFS remained unresolved for a number of days ( 3 months). Suddenly this June 2024 Germany has stopped job seeker visa and introduced a new opportunity card policy where we require 11000 Euros for show money. Once I saw this news I myself call Raghav Rathore but his number was switched off and Megha didn’t call me too regarding the same. Then I caught him on his new number and asked why anybody informed me regarding this, he said nobody informed you? See his answer…Immediately I said no need to proceed for any opportunity card process where am tired of your irresponsible process and I don’t have sufficient funds (11k Euros). On the same day Megha Mathur mail me suddenly and said my case has been forwarded to another lady Priyanka. Immediately I call priyanka on her number her phone was switched off. Too much frustrated because I have been left dark about the status of my application.
Finally I discussed with priyanka to refund me any partial amount from which I have paid, her reply is you can start the process again as a new to any other country like Portugal or Sweden but refund is not applicable.
Will you again believe these irresponsible idiots and wait for 5-6 months????? Which caused undue stress and strain? I know that these people will reply to my review but I have attached some screenshots which will keep them shut. Many reviews here in Google are posted by themselves. As soon as possible I will post a video regarding these scammers in YouTube and instagram.
