This is to inform you that, i mr. Susruto dutta was taken a data entry work from galactic infotech pvt. Ltd on 06/04/2020. I work done the form upto 105 after that i called ms. Shaksy for clarification of some points on the agreement. When i found mismatch in her words & in clauses of agreement i called ms shaksy. When asked about penalty clause the person got furious & told that he will not give me work also he will send a legal notice. After that when i called shaksy, she also behave very rudely with me and cut my phone calls.
I ask them to deduct the penalty amount from my payment & then give me payment..
If this is the practice to avoid the payment then i will appeal for natural justice to the open forum. After that one person called me and told that he is a lawyer from the high court and threaten me. But my appeal is that you didnot let me complete my wort now you block my id. The company has website https://galacticinfotechpvtltd.online/ shown the phone number., they have no email id, the mail id was given that is also fake, they have no gst no. No pan no. I know how to get natural justice. I attached a picture of the company who still blocked my id
