I getted a job offer from below mentioned company and they are provided me Offer letter, visa application form, sponsorship letter and Agreement letter and mentioned that you should to pay AUS 500 as security amount.
Earlier, those people asked to get 11400 rupees for the IELTS exam through IDP which I also filled.Their respective bank account details are attached here.

Hi,
We would like to inform you that we have prepared all legal things and has submitted your VISA processing request to embassy and your sponsorship letter has been sent to consulate.
We would like to apprise you that substantial costs have been invested on candidate for training specifically for effectively handling the job responsibilities and, any discontinuance of the employment before the expiry of the six month term would unfairly prejudice the Company, and, as such, the Employee undertakes not to leave the services of the Company, for any reason whatever, for a minimum period of six months from the date of his/her joining the services of the Company.
However, there are possibilities candidate may or may not join our company or leave our organization before six months so formally candidate will have to pay AUD 500 which is for security purpose and would be refundable upon joining. As huge amount is being spent on hiring process and if candidate does not join our company embassy does not refund money.
We would like to clarify that VISA processing charge and air ticket which is AUD 15500 (Appox) would be our responsibility.
We would request you provide the signed agreement by December 04, 2020 along with security amount to facilitate other formalities related to Work Permit. Any payment/agreement after December 04, 2020 would not be entertained.
Note: This is mandate process as in past we have faced monetary loss as candidates did not join due to some personal reason. Therefore we would like to clarify its mandate; without security we will not be able to process your request.
Legal Agency (NGF Legal Services): You are requested to co-ordinate with the candidates and explain about procedure and share account details in order to complete the formalities on time.
