Saw the job vacancy on 27th April 2020 on Naukri.com and contacted -Shreeja (HR’s number mentioned as mentioned on the website). Then did not follow up. On 11th May Shreeja posted me offers on whatsapp – All projects refundable security deposit reduce to 1800/-
combination offline html typing project & any one online project refundable SD reduce to rs3000/-
she asked me to pay 1800/- to release the project which needs to be typed. The reason given that it was company’s confidential documents/project and to maintain privacy, the project cannot be let out for free. No other information was shared – just that you can earn Rs50/page and have to do 250 pages within 18 days. She never clarified on what type of data whether english or foreign language.
Since it was lockdown period, I opted for this owing to WFH condition with just typing involved. I even stated that I can spare 4-5 hours daily on this typing work. So I transferred the amount to BPO PROJECTS SERVICE INDIA account in Axis Bank, Bangalore. After payment Shreeja followed up with me for screenshot details of the transaction for 1 full day.On 12th she received and after she received the amount, she called up to say that an agreement will be mailed which I need to acknowledge via mail. On 13th May, the agreement came.That agreement had some weird Terms and conditions which were never shared by Shreeja before payment. I still let go and asked her to send the project . After a silence of 2 days, Shreeja called up to say, training team will call to explain how typing has to be done and after that she would release the project. Training also happened with lot of confusion and follow up – So after 12oclock, on 15th May the project came. Project was image files with a very difficult font and even had french words in it. I started to type. I realized within 2 days that tgis would not get completed by 2nd June which was the deadline of submission of this project. So I called up to explain Shreeja – and then Tarun came into picture stating that he will be my SPOC. I complained that the matter in image file was not legible and even in frenceh. I will be taking 9-10 hours daily to finish this type of project. Please try and explain to concerned for increasing deadline as this was never explained to me at the beginning of taking this project. He paid no heed and made forwarded my request to some ticket request system to raise my concern – which till date has not raised any ticket. COnstanatly I had been trying to reach Shreeja & Tarun on how difficult it was to finish the project typing with no break and straight 18 days continuously – no break on Saturday & Sunday as well. They paid no attention to my request infact started remaining silent & avoided my calls or message pleas. On the 2nd June, I put a mail to please collect as much matter written by me that is, odd 150 pages but the trainer refused to collect the same from remote desktop access saying that the project cannot be uploaded since it is not complete – 250 pages have not been completed. and asked me to speak to my SPOC. Theerafter, from 2nd June 2020 onwards till date, Ihave been trying to reach Shreeja and Tarun and documents and trainers department via whatsapp, email and calls..nobody is picking my call nor explaining me the way forward. I have been asking them to refund Rs1800 as I dont wish to continue with this project or in case refund is not possible then give me 10 days to complete the balance project. But these guys have been completely ignoring my calls and messages as if nothing ever happened.
I request please look into this matter and help me get justice.
I am willing to share the agreement as soon as i hear from your team.
