Company has collected amount of 5750 as a advance for booking for a trip. Due to the bad climate condition and flight cancellation I have cancelled my trip to kerela. This trip was specially planned for honeymoon, but when I am asking for cancellation and refund the company is rejecting. The customer service is talking in a odd way and disgusting manner. They want me to postpone my trip though they cannot refund my money. The customer care lady named Priyanka is speaking in a careless and disgusting way. This company is taking advantage of the situation at kerela and they are filling there pockets by cheating customers which is not at all acceptable.
