The company take RS 25000 from me by saying that with in one year i will get the call for canada immigration for permanent residency but nothing happened more than one year passed.They fill my file for quebec i just want my money back as I am medioker I know how i collect 25000 and give them. I want from consumer court to please give my money back. they also give me one letter on that they mentioned that money is refundable but your work will done surely. I want nothing from them. just give me my money back. till date I am suffering from it. I have that letter in which they wrote that money is not – refundable. please help me.
