I booked ticket from Brussels to Athens (skyexpress airline) on 13th march 2023 through goibibo, before booking it was showing check in baggage – 1 pc and when i get the ticket there was no checkin baggage mentioned.
The same day, I called up their customer care and filed a complaint. They asked me for proof, its fortunate that I had took the screenshot of the checkin baggage (which was showing before booking), this I shared to them.
When I called the customer care, they said they also came to know that this is a genuine problem and told that we will check with airline.
I have been told to purchase the baggage online or from the sky express website and they will reverse back those charges to me.
I purchased baggage on 16.03.23 and paid Euro 30.
I shared the screenshot of the payment of baggage and till now i have not get any refund.
Very poor service and i will never opt their site for booking and will not recommend others.
