One of my friend is working in IOCL project, he joined as a fresher in Noida branch as a finance practitioner. Now it’s been 6 months, his manager is misbehaving with him and always threaten him about the job. They didn’t help him in the training, they are playing with IBM’S policy and has created their own policy. Friends mother is in a very bad health condition, and the managers have told him that he cannot take leave because project don’t have more manpower and not having budget. In a very hard situation he have requested a leave then his manager said that we will deduct your salary because he is taking a leave. IOCL project manager don’t give them a break for lunch too and let their team work for more than 14 hrs while working from office. My friend don’t have any access of company’s tools as well where he can check his salary and payslips and get to know about IBM’S benefits. They don’t make them aware about the benefits and policies of IBM. Main thing is how can they deduct salary for taking a leave when IBM has a very good leaves policy. I would request IBM to pls check how these people are not treating their employees well. IBM is known for branding but managers are worse.
