ICC immigration coimbatore has offered me Latvian business visa and cheated 2.5 lakhs . First they conducted an online interview with mr Robert valpiters, he is Latvian lawyer and mr.kishore told me to pay 2.5 Lakhs by two part for processing fee..
I paid all the amount by two part . Now almost 1 year completed . No response from mr.kishore.. so I told them to return my amount…then now mobile also switched off.. please help and guid me to register complaint against them
