I am ritunjay agarwal having 5 pc system data entry work agreement with the company josoft technology. They have taken a mount of 56000 in there account by neft, according to there company policy if customer is not satisfied with the work he can directly ask for the refund, and the company executive also told the this but now they are not reply threw mail, and when every i mail then they said you have to summit ed your work and take another slot, or contact to director but no concern person is replying we already told them to cancel the agreement and refund the money according to there agreement by deducting of 5%, if i not got the my harder money back i am gonna file a legal case on you… You have already cheated to so many peoples.
The Company has already contacted me and has explained me clearly with details as to where i have gone wrong also how i would have averted those mistakes unfortunately it was my misunderstanding and lack of knowledge regarding the project that i have done so many mistakes , moreover i would go ahead and like to thank the company that it has been always helpful during my work and after all this ,it has also offered me for another slot of data to continue the project . i would like to apologize the company due to my own perceptions, for such a hasty review without going ahead with the talks first.
