Kahar Traders is Cyber fraud

I am a resident of Gurugram and 2 years old.
Today morning 20th May t 10:14 am i got a message from Publicis India Communication through Telegram wherein they bribed me to get me amount doubled and approx 92900 Rs and has done a fraud of 92900 rs.
