I got Spectrum software through KDK salaried employee Mr. R.K.Pandey/R.P.Pandey on payment of Rs. 6, 000/- cash on 25.10.2021 but didn’t provide me the receipt of the same . He told me that the GST bill and receipt will be sent by the company on your mail within next 24 hours and made me to talk his senior over phone in the matter confirming the same. But till date I have not received the bill, no training been provided and on the help line no. I have been asked to contact the same person whom cash been handed over. I have also been told that there is no grievance redressal system in place in the company. No response from the person concerned nor any response to my mails to the support team. What to do now?
