Hi Team,
I have opt this ISP for more than 12months now and within this I have created nearly 26 tickets which means every month creating two tickets. And what’s the wonderful thing about KNET support team is am since creating all tickets for same Internet issue till now but they close the ticket on same without resolving it.
Not sure they have heard anywhere or learnt about CUSTOMER support and what does that mean and how to provide support.
I would really felt very bad and disappointed with this ISP because many said this ISP is providing GOOD SERVICEs now am scolding ### that this is not an ISP and they are cheaters who look for renewal and money no CUSTOMER satisfaction is needed for them.
The most interesting part with KNET services they actually doesn’t know what is called Nodal officer, everywhere they have nodal officer has final destiny for having the solution for CUSTOMERs problem but here I have email more than 5 times but i haven’t received even an single email at least for the sake of courtesy.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO USER TO PREFER KNET SOLUTIONS FOR INTERNET SERVICE
