I’m Nandhakumar, I have visited Kolors Health Care Coimbatore branch on 2nd July 2022 and consulted about a Dandruff treatment. They given a treatment for HFT but i couldnt see a improved and one lady give a suggestion to changes a treatment PRP to another account details, but i told with her already i paid the HFT treatment that amount what should be happened she told me dont worry we cancel the HFT treatment (2400) to add up on PRP totally you want to pay (6250) only but this month there take a money both treatment HFT + PRP i informed with her she not reply proper. I want to stop my sessions, so please help me to stop this treatment and transfer my amount to bank. Since i should not undergo that treatment and haven’t took the service from Kolors, i have requested for refund. grievance to get amount of rs 2695 refunded as service not at all received but paid.
