We are made to pay as a package initially later when we ask for a treatment they will never have that product, they will make us wait and later they say their is a better product and they will make us pay extra that to they will not use it fully later even that product will vanish, we would have payed for something they will bill it on something, if any side effects occurs post treatment they aren’t bothered, they are just money minded, bogus bills and seriously don’t know what only they do with the intended products, we will pay for a treatment but the machine will not work if asked they will not even know when only they will get it back, they don’t refund even for the service not rendered, especially Annanagar branch, wasted my money and spoiled my skin..
