I’m MD Ashif Basically from Bihar and I have completed my b.tech from kuppam engineering college. At the college time I paid the extra college fees as well as Training&placements fees but now they are not refunding my extra amount which is pending on the managements. Personally i contact him they are not responding me and not listing my words please help me out from this.
