They are not refunding my advance amount. Payment was made ON 6TH NOV 2021. I cancelled my childs classes within ten days which is well before their terms mentioned in the website (https://www.lidolearning.com/paymentandrefund/?ref_medium=footer&ref_source=website )
I have confirmation that the Refund is Processed on 8 Jan 2022, and as per their claim refund for Online Payment via Credit / Debit Cards: Refund will be in source (7-10 business days).
I have sent emails & requests but Refund not given. Now even customer care number is not reachable. Booking for New class is accepted on the website but Customer care & refunds are not looked into.
Cheating in the name of Education, with false claims and MONEY BACK guarantee.
