Booked a flat in Logix Group’s Blossom Zest project in sector 143, Noida. Flat booked in 2012 with possession date of 2014. However, sitting today in 2019, there is no word or communication from the builder regarding completion of the project/possession date. Innocent and unaware people like me who have invested in this project are suffering owing to life savings getting stuck and additional burden of bank loans.
The builder needs to refund the money along with interest to the buyers. Justice has to prevail in a democratic set up like India
