I wanted an noc for my vehicle i was searching them he contacted me and told he will do my work and want some document and which i sent him and he also asked the amount in advance i wanted the work done so transferred the amount right away, he told he will start the work and told me to wait 25 days ok i waited 25 days and called him he told wait 1 more week the work is almost done i waited 1 more week and contacted him he replied the same again i waited then the same repeated for 50 days the i was fed-up with is silly excuses like he is out-of station and the rto is on leave for 4 days like that and i asked for the proof of the application that he applied for my noc the he told wait 3 days i will give the proof then i waited but he postponed again for 10 day by not answering my call or messages and then i asked my money back then he replied i will not give any money nor i will do your work do what you can do, so anyone please dont believe him and transfer any money he is complete fraud his mobile numbers are [protected], [protected]
