We were travelling from Durg to Indore on 19nov 2020, early in the morning somewhere in the mid of jingle area driver stop the bus and after 1 hr, we come to know that the bus got failed and it will take 3hrs to get it repaired,
Bus manager does not arrange any other mode to reach Indore, instead replied to take another bus to reach, as per emergency we took another bus and paid for it.
Our luggage were lying in the bus as we could not manage to take all the belongings with us in local bus.
We request them to deliver our luggage at indore office, as we went to collect our luggage they asked to pay additional loading unloading charges, whereas they have already charged 800/- for the extra luggage at the starting point.
The person named Mr.Bhadoriya misbehaved with us, when we asked them why are they charging extra amount, he asked to pay 120/- or else he will seize all our luggage.
We felt very disappointed with the services as we have already paid for the journey and paid extra amount for the luggage and moreover our additional expenses occured by changing the bus and mental and physical harrasment.
