Mahindra And Mahindra tuv 300 starting problem

Going through the comments its learnt that the given problem is comman to all TUV models. I also owned a 2016 model T6. 6 motns back I change the battery with the same specification i.e. 65Ah. At that time also cranking problem was there but after 2 to 3 minutes of waiting vehicle will start normally. Then the duration of waiting was increased to more than 1 hr. The problem always occurs only after a running and engine heat up. Always there is no problem in starting at morning. 3weeks back the same problem occurred while traveling with my family at night in Coimbatore. On calling a service personal came and start the vehicle without any effort(Due to cooling of engine) according to him there is similar problem with most of the TUV, Bolero even with New Neo. This is due to low Ah of battery and suggest to replace the battery with new one if problem persist. Last week I went to Kerala for a holiday with my family and the same problem repeated and I contacted many Mahindra service centers but not get service due to long Onam holidays. After a long search one workshop suggest me that the problem is with starting motor and I also agree to service the starting motor. After fitting of serviced motor there is a smooth startup but the problem of cranking is not rectified. Then they suggest me to replace the Fly wheel assembly. In the meanwhile I talked with my Auto electrician friends at Calicut and Mannar. According to them there may be a overcharging of the battery and ask me to check with another battery. On checking the charging from the alternator was shown a voltage of 14.2. Further we decided to change the battery with a 80Ah one. After changing the battery there is no cranking and vehicle is getting started smoothly. This is my experience. Friends requested to kindly share your suggestions…
