Mercury Solutions Limited pmp training fee refund issue

Hi there, am from bangalore and writing my review to please note that mercury solutions, haryana is one of the top most fraudulent organization looting away a huge amount of money in the name of providing educational or professional trainings. A lot of 4 or 5 stars are fake and rated by their staffs themselves. Their staffs are manipulative, persistant in signing you up with them and finally, they neither answer your calls nor respond to emails sent. And in case you ask them to refund your money, they respond ruthlessly by threatening you and apply false blames that you are harassing them by calling several times… They are only running a trap industry rather than an educational institution. I wonder how such organisations in india manage to avail licenses to run such reputed courses and yet score 4 or 5 ratings with their cheap tactics. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone who wants to invest their hard earned money for upskilling purposes. I would really appreciate if someone working in media or press who is reading my comments / review can highlight about this organization before they trap a lot of innocent professionals. For the genuine comments about this centre, please read through the poor reviews in fb or google before signing up with this unethical centre.

Am one of the victims who chose to sign up for the pmp course in mar ’19 (Over two months from now) after going through the reviews given in coral. I had signed up on 12th mar as a training batch details were sent for 23rd mar classroom session in bangalore. A day before the training, their staff ridham had contacted to postpond the training dates without our consent due to their trainer issues. It then got postpond to 16th apr and the same trend continued where i got a call for a reschedule. Although it was strange, i had no choice as everytime i called them to confirm the training dates, they would either disconnect or unanswer. This attitude of the staff was unacceptable and completely unprofessional and i wanted to complain to someone responsible who could fix the issue for me. I called the customer service and spoke to isha achra who introduced herself as the head of operations. I narrated in terms of how her staff ridham was persistant on calling me to sign up and after the payment was done it was me who had contacted her for over a month and everytime she had lied to me to have the training scheduled. Since i decided not to continue their relationship, i asked for a refund to which she refused but emailed the definitive dates with no change as 11th may (Rescheduled third time). However another staff by name renu had contacted to confirm that they would not have any classroom trainings for the next two months due to their trainer issues and after all the arguement, she agreed to refund our full amount by sending me a refund form to be filled. I had also received a confirmation in writing on this. I waited for two days and inspite of constant reminders, they didn’t send any form and avoided my calls. I somehow got to speak to renu and my question on refund was never answered, instead the lady i’d spoken to earlier isha had snatched the phone from her and started to abuse me saying “i cannot buy mercury solutions by just paying 20, 000 and asked me to take it legally if i wished to”. Without letting me utter a word, she said that they will disconnect my calls and also blocked me from whatsapp. That lady is a trained professional in treating the customers as cheap as possible and has no idea what customer service is all about. She is the right unfit and it’s strange that people in educational field could be so arrogant. I had emailed last week asking for my refund amount to isha and copied their whole team (Accounts, it, training), but had no response and no response to my email sent this week either.

Since they are located in haryana and am from bangalore, it was easier for them to avoid me. So, i had emailed my struggle to their director mehar ahluwalia (Training fee online was paid in his name) and expected for some action from his end and for him to know the status of customer satisfaction. I didn’t receive any response and wrote again this week and again, left with no response. I have all their email conversation, calls and confimed information on the promised training and i only wish if someone could read this whole stuff to understand to what extent an organisation can fool people and play around with thier future. It is a very sad state that the background verfication is not done on conduct or ethics for such companies. So, please don’t get trapped.
