I have booked a 213 Sq yd residential plot (LV-277) in project named “Lotus Valley” of Metro Max Infrastructure Pt Ltd on Jaipur-Ajmer road near Jaipur.Their registered office is in Jaipur and corporate office at B1, 2nd Floor, Local Shopping Centre, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
Their marketing executive Mr Ankit Sharma told that Lotus Valley is 6 Km from Mahindra SEZ. I booked the plot believing on him without visiting the site as it is around 250 Km Delhi. I paid them Rs 70,000 towards booking.
Later when I visited the site I found it around 20 km from Mahindra SEZ.
I was disappointed and decided to cancel my booking.
They told me that 25% of amount received by them will be deducted. They tried their best that I should not go for cancellation but in vain.
After much effort running after them Miss Sulekha accepted my application for cancellation on 01 Aug 11. She told that my cheque will be ready in 15-20 days.
Now it is going to be two month and I have not received my cheque till date. Miss Sulekha told that I will be informed as soon as my cheque is ready.
Whenever I try to contact her, receptionist tells that she is busy when she come to know that I want to talk about cancellation.
She tells that Miss Sulekha will call me back, but that never happens.
