Mojo analytica is Indore based company. I have bought this software few days ago. Since few days my software is not working. I called many times to Avnish Kumar. company representative He don’t receive my phone’s neither call me back. I have also message him many times.I haven’t receive message. I called 2 numbers given on net,no one picked call. After payment received, they stopped responding. I haven’t received invoice of my payment. I have requested for invoice many Times. Team neglected to send invoice.
Every time Mr. Avnish Kumar,company representative said that he is sending invoice immediately. Till today I haven’t received invoice. Its being more than 40 days now. Its really shame on team work and management from Mojo Analytica. Is this how service is provided to everyone. Software doesn’t work properly. calls are not accurate. especially M5.
so guys , don’t lose your money and precious time behind this software.
after i lost trust with Mojo analytica, i took ECG trade software. software work perfectly. calls are 95% accurate. customer support is v.nice.
I request for 100% refund.
