They charged 4 lacs for services and they provided almost 2 lacs loss to me. Initially i was told that they will send sms and i have to work accordingly. And i was working with the sms and it was going quite good. Then i received a call from one of their senior executives and told that i will get bigger profits if i follow their calls and no need to follow the sms sent by the company. When i started working with them they provided quite big loss and when i escalated then they told to upgrade the service to recover all the loss and also they will increase the service period. But again they provided losses only. And now they are ignoring their responsibility. Totally they have charged 4 lacs for the service. Kindly help me to get my money back.
