Booked 2bhk flat 3 years back but no progress as yet. Total of 30% money swindeled off me. They had processed home loan of 60% of flat cost with teaming up with canara bank and bank disbursed 20% part payment to builder.
Now i am in a loan trap just for these organised fraudsters (Builder + bank + builder marketing agent)
Around 10 months back mounthill reality sent out official communication that the project has got delayed for indefinite period, so it’s got stalled till end of times. I am now totally doomed.
Legal suite needs to be filed against these organised fraudsters asap with all o[censored]s coming together. So let’s please unite to fight these financial fraudsters.
