• I Pratikkumar N Patel (Consumer) had purchased the Membership of MYDREAM HOLIDAYS AND RESORTS PVT LTD. On dated 11/03/2021 by paying amount 1, 52, 000/- INR.
• Details of Incidence:(At Shilpi hotel in Saputara) On dated 11/03/2021 when me with my family visiting tourist point at Saputara, Gujarat, a person from mydream holidays and resorts private ltd came to me with some offers regarding tourism. He took us to hotel Shilpi in saputara. In hotel shilpi he took us to a conference hall like room, where we are received by Miss. Ronak (Mentioned as a consultant in membership form) and Mr. Arman (mentioned as Manager in membership form). Here consultant show us the rooms of hotels which actually costs about 10-15 thousands routinely. They told us that with our membership you can have such room at cost of about 3000 only at various tourist places.
• They explain how they are doing this business. They show us government registration certificate of their company registered in Delhi.
• We also checked government registration certificate in website to check its genuinity.
• So we decided to take membership. For that We filled their forms in which me, consultant and manager had signed and stamp. I paid membership fees 1, 52, 000/- INR using my bank card. In that also they said it will automatically converted in to EMI by bank. But Its not done in future. It was one time payment. Affidavit of purchase of agreement also done on 50RS stamp. Stamp was on the name of ‘MYDREAMS HOLIDAYS AND RESORTS PVT LTD’.
• Brochure with their signed forms and Affidavit given to me. In which my membership number written was 1467.
• On next day, 12th march, 2021, I received email from mydreams holidays and resorts pvt ltd as a welcome and details of membership.
• After that I had contacted company for conversion of total payment in to EMI as said by them. In that, they agree to give difference of interest amount.
• As I want to book for holidays, I tried above provided contacts and emails repeatedly since 29th june, 2021. I didn’t get any email reply. And contacts are found switched off. Consultant Miss. Ronak also not taking call. Repeatedly drop whatsapp messages. But got no reply.
• And now I realize and feel that mydream holidays and resorts pvt ltd has done breech of trust and not provided promised service and caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of hardly earned money.
• That, I had sent the email regarding my grievance but all efforts went into vein.
I sent LEGAL NOTICE for consumer complain on 6th July by all email
and sent hard copies of complain on company address (Registered office Addrress:A-117, First floor, GD-ITX Northex tower, Netaji Subhash place, Pitampura, New Delhi, New Delhi, DL 110034 IN
Alternative Addrress: 1st floor, Durga cottage, Near SBI zonal office, SDA complex, Kasumpti, Shimla, 171009 HP IN) by speed post. But both post return with notice of Locked office and Left without address.
Even reminder message also sent to company on 20th july, 2021 regarding time remains for Notice answer.
After adequate waiting for answer of notice ever after completion of notice time I now filing consumer complain against company for not providing service. Company must have to refund my hard earned money.
