I have been liasing with myntra for my order id 117098603580940182801 since 30th april, so here it goes the details –
As on 30th april all the 5products were delivered and paid rs2848 through google pay to the concerned mobile number provided by the delivery person. So here the problem has started, even after 48hrs order was not showing as delivered and it was showing as in transit, only 1 product was marked as delivered. I have informed about this on 30th april to myntra customer care, and i was confirmed that within 48hrs system will be updated to delivered. However even after 48hrs it was as in transit. So i have called again to customer care asking why products are not showing as delivered as i wanted to return few of products which i was unable to return due to products not in delivered status. I was really disappointed and angry with all these and i said i feel like cancelling everything but that also i can’t do as it was cod and against cancellation it was not showing any refund amount. However in after i kept my call and then i see that other 4 products which was showing as in transit was cancelled by someone, in not sure whether the person over call or someone else. But it says as per my request. However i have not confirmed or asked the person to cancel it, proof will be there with myntra call records. I have raised my concern also created incident in the app on the same day. I have called again and from myntra they were saying as now order is cancelled and they were unable to update the status to delivered, hence they will refund rs2033 for my 4 products and i don’t have to return anything. They have confirmed on 5th may under incident number in that they have initiated refund on 2nd may, and it should be credited to my account within 3-5 business days which was supposed to be max 7th may. However there is no credit to my account even after 8th business days which is 11th may today. I have created numerous incidents in the myntra app since 5th may, however they are closing every incident by just doing copy paste saying it will take 3-5 business days which was already over in 7th may. Also i have called up as on 10th may and asked for the myntra refund reference number, that also they are unable to provide saying that there is no reference number they can see for the refund. How that is possible if it was initiated on 2nd may, there should have been the refund reference number. But they don’t have. Hence the person over call has reopend the incident in again on 10th may, and assured me that he has highlighted this incident and further escalated and i should receive resolution by maximum 13th may. However someone from myntra again and went ahead and closed this incident inspite of saying it will remain open as this incident has been escalated. This incident was again marked as resolved with the fame copy paste “it will take another 3-5 business days.”
I really don’t think myntra guys are really looking into the incidents and reading the issues and emails, as inspite of all the details and incidents created they are just closing all incidents with same copy paste sentence. Myntra customer care seems not going through the issues or trying to resolve. Please go through all my emails since 2nd may and incidents created in myntra app and provide me exactly what is happening with this?
Why myntra is unable to provide me with the refund reference number, why they are closing incidents which are been in the process of escalation.

Here i’m attaching just 1 incident which was escalated further on 10th may and was supposed to be remain as open which was closed again on 11th may. There have been atleast 4-5 more incidents which i have created as they are closing every incident again and again
