I have booked my tour as on 29 th april. Now due to this serious situation company cancelling tour for the moment. But instead of this critical situation company are taking charges as 20 k pp as cancellation charges. Which is very unethical. So please look into it. Other8wse i have to go to higher authority for the same concern. And now if i asking for refund also they not giving me and saying company management decides this. Which is not proper answer
