I have registered with Edupristine for weekend BAT course on April 30th by paying 1st installment of Rs. 10, 000. The Batch code is 1100LVCBAT.. The counselor (Mr. Yash Singh and Ms.Ujwala Thotam) of the company has assured me that this course is of 5 months and will be completed by September and whole FICO module of SAP will be covered.. Then my online classes started from 3rd May’2020 till 25th May’2020 after this they stopped the classes and i came to know from one of their teachers that only FI module of SAP will be covered. Then i again paid 2installments of the course :- 2nd June’2020 of Rs. 10, 000 & 3rd installment on 10th July’2020 of Rs. 10, 000 . Then i shared my concern to the counselor that only FI module is covered in SAP and they said whole FICO module will be provided he said I’ll talk to the administrator who manages the courses and setup a call between you both then you can share your concern to him.. He never setup that call and i never got a chance to share my concern. Then from 25th May to August 21st the classes were stopped and on 21st August’2020 course has been changed
completely and they kept the classes on weekdays(MWF) which i wasn’t able to attend because of the schedule. I raised my concern they said they will look into the matter and no solution has been given to me, they started the classes for other students . No links of the classes has been given to me. Noone picked my calls i tried many times whenever the counsolor responded he said we are planning weekend batch and then in October i asked again about the classes so my counsoler suggested me to get your refund of Rs. 30, 000 as they don’t have any weekend batch coming up soon. when i dropped a email asking for the refund they said we can’t refund you the fees when classroom training will resume you can attend the course. All the other students got the classes links but they didn’t provide me any link for online class and my counsoler said that you are weekend batch student that’s why we haven’t provided you link for the classes. They wasted my 5 months and i can’t join elsewhere as i have paid the fees to edupristine.
