I have Lenovo Ideapad C 340, Serial No – MP1MMJ8. I activated the service of smart performance on Lenovo Vantage for 2 years paying an amount of INR 1991.84 (bill attached). Initially, the product was activated for a few days. Because of a problem in my system, I did a clean installation of the C drive. After that, the utility does not work on my computer. Request you to reactivate my 2 years of service. Attached herewith is my invoice for the purchase.
