I, mr saluja from delhi chattarpur wants to bring to your notice about the site near tapal jewar. They are selling plots and farm houses thereby doing fraud with buyers. This group is by the name of nest. It is owned by mr shammi bhandari and mr himanshu bhandari. I had recently visited this site with my dealer for purchasing a farm house and after inquiring about the place, i came to know that this land had been already sold to a company named contour buildcon pvt ltd and had also seen the agreement paper of purchase. After returning i inquired more about this site, to my surprise they have sold this land to multiple people. 
Please beware of them.
