The company (Nexg exuberant solutions pvt) with the address below: c-28, 2nd floor, sec-65, noida, uttar pradesh, india

promised to offer me training on a course for which they lacked the required manpower. As a result of this, they had to hire an inexperienced staff named mr. Ravi from another company who was unable to deliver the course as agreed on the course outline. The trainer was inexperienced in the course and had to rely on plagiarized slides to deliver the lectures late at night after overworking himself in at company and sometimes had to sleep during lectures. I complained to the manager, ipsita bhowmick about the trainer’s inexperience about the course (The trainer actually agreed to be inexperienced on the subject matter) he agreed to refund the $175 usd out of the $200 usd i paid for the training. However, in a sudden twist, ipsita bhowmick refused to refund the training fees he had earlier agreed to release to me via western union money transfer and was rather claiming that he purportedly provided services. I am thereby requesting for a refund of part of my training fees amounting to $175 because of the following reasons
(I) the trainer hired by nexg sent me lecture slides he plagiarized but misled me that they were customized slides produced by him.
(Ii) the trainer hired by nexg confirmed to me that his area of experience was 5g and not on the course i paid for. And that he was unqualified to train me on the course i paid for.
(Iii) key topics involving simulation in the three modules purportedly taught by nexg were excluded during the course.
I registered for the course on 13th november, 2019 and paid an initial installment of $200 to nexg
