I am a Ex- employee of Nspira Management services pvt. Ltd. Company working in K12 school tie up/ school Management domain.
I have join the company in August 2019, as a Team Lead Business development, Nashik, Maharashtra location.
I am take caring of north Maharashtra and some part of Marathvada.
Suddenly incident happen of Covid-19 and all school goes shut down from April 2020, so Nspira Mangt drop the mail to all field employee that you have to WFH till next mail. so we started our work from home. but when i got my salary of April 2020 its only 50% so i had a word with HR Ms. Swathi K and also drop a mail about the same but no positive response over mail. so i had a word over phone and she told that due to lockdown u will get 50% but the deducted salary will get after school reopen. but for the month of May 2020 they gave only 25% salary and not even intimate us that we are deducting 75% salary. And from June 2020 onward they stopped my salary. so i drop mail again but no single mail but when i drop continuous mail for updates then she replied that you have to discuss with Mr. Girish Patil but he also not responding properly and told that management decided it so we cant do anything.
So i got to know that know one is replying properly so i drop a mail to business head Mr. Lakshman K but again same no revert then i directly contacted him through phone about the salary and give us in written that you will going to deduct the some % of salary and will reimbursed it once school reopen but also not got any positive response from him. he is also saying will discuss with management and let you know but no use of it.
Then i finally drop a mail to Puneet Kothappa(director) but no single response from him so i take follow-up 3 4 time through mail, then he reply that “its not like you have my mail id so you drop me mail directly” but he is not talking about salary and not responding then.
so i drop mail again and again till Sept. 2020 there’s no response not a single call from company HR/no communication and they block my company mail id as well. even they stop all communication with me then. so i consider that i got terminated by company so i talk with my immediate manager about the same so he told that you have to find out new opportunity. then i left all there and move further but till date there’s no single mail from them about companies asset which is with me (Laptop and Simcard ). i work for company till sept 2020 so i calculate the salary is somewhere near about 300000+ this is my total loss for that year and mental tress.
I face a lot of problem because of these type of people that year, i face financial problem, mental tress in lockdown, no new job available that time in market.
So i am requesting you kindly resolve this issue and and i want my hard earn money as soon as possible. as i lost all my savings in lockdown cause jobless and no income source in home i am the only person in my family who is earning.
